An American Success Story.

A Minnesota Fighter

Roots & Early Life: A Son of Minnesota

Mike Lindell’s story begins right here in Minnesota. Born in Mankato and raised in Chaska and Carver, Mike did not grow up with a silver spoon in his mouth. He was raised in a trailer park, where he learned early on that nothing in life is given—it must be earned.

Mike is the definition of a blue-collar worker. Before he was a CEO, he was a carpet cleaner, a lunch wagon driver, and a bartender. He knows the struggle of living paycheck to paycheck. He understands the anxiety of wondering if you can afford gas to get to work. Unlike career politicians who speak about the working class from a distance, Mike has lived that life. His roots are deep in Minnesota soil, and his values—hard work, faith, and family—were forged in our local communities.

From Darkness to Light: The Road to Redemption

Mike’s journey has not been a straight line to success. For decades, he battled a crippling addiction to crack cocaine that cost him his marriage, his home, and nearly his life. He knows what it feels like to be lost, broken, and without hope.

But on January 16, 2009, Mike found the strength to turn his life around. Through the grace of God and an unwavering desire to be better, he achieved sobriety and has never looked back. This victory over personal demons gave Mike a new purpose: to help others find their way out of the darkness.

He founded the Lindell Recovery Network, a platform dedicated to connecting those struggling with addiction to faith-based recovery organizations. Mike believes in second chances because he is living proof of one. He carries this compassion with him every day, fighting for the forgotten men and women of our society.

Made in Minnesota: Building an Empire Against the Odds

In 2004, Mike had a literal dream about a pillow that would hold its shape. Everyone told him it was impossible. Investors laughed. Retailers shut the door in his face. But Mike possessed the grit of a true entrepreneur. He taught himself how to sew, how to manufacture, and eventually, how to market his invention to the world.

MyPillow became a global phenomenon, selling over 50 million pillows. But the most important part of this success story is where it happened. While other CEOs shipped jobs to China and Mexico to save a few pennies, Mike kept his manufacturing right here in Minnesota.

He created thousands of local jobs, revitalizing our communities and proving that American manufacturing is still the best in the world. He didn’t just build a company; he built a livelihood for thousands of Minnesota families.

The Price of Integrity: Standing Firm Under Fire

Success often brings comfort, but Mike Lindell has never been one to stay comfortable when he sees injustice. In recent years, Mike stepped into the national arena to advocate for election integrity and transparency.
The consequences were severe. Big box retailers stripped his products from their shelves. Banks canceled his accounts. The media launched a relentless campaign to destroy his reputation. Yet, Mike did not waver. He sacrificed millions of dollars in personal wealth and business revenue to stand up for what he believes is right.
This fearlessness is exactly what Minnesota needs. Mike has proven that he cannot be bought, bullied, or silenced. He values truth over profit and the Constitution over convenience.

A Governor for the People

Now, Mike Lindell is answering a new call to service. He is running for Governor of Minnesota to bring common sense back to our state capital.

He is running to:
Restore Safety: Supporting our police and ending the “revolving door” justice system.
Rebuild the Economy: Using his business acumen to cut wasteful spending and lower taxes for families and small businesses.
Protect the Vulnerable: tackling the fentanyl crisis and supporting addiction recovery programs.
Mike is a father, a grandfather, a devout Christian, and a patriot. He has fought for his life, he has fought for his company, and now, he is ready to fight for the future of Minnesota.
